Women in Networking is holding a holiday shopping event on Wednesday, Nov. 14.
Women in Networking is hosting its annual Gifts & Goodies Boutique, Wednesday, Nov. 14, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Columbus Center, 365 Surryse Rd., Lake Zurich. The event includes 18 different vendors, that include larger stores like Coldwater Creek and Brooks Brothers to small, home-based businesses. "There will be a nice variety. People can find everything they need in one place," said Petra Croneigh, of Lake Zurich Travel. "A lot of people are shopping online because it's convenient, but local businesses need the support of the community," Croneigh said.
