Suzanne Branding, Mayor of Lake Zurich, proclaims that the Village of Lake Zurich, its residents and its businesses recognize Thursday, Feb. 28, 2013 as Rare Disease Day. Lake Zurich joins the global celebration being marked by various advocacy events in Washington, D.C. and around the world. On Monday, March 4, at the Village Board Meeting, Mayor Suzanne Branding will give recognition to the Spencer Loomis Student Council who contributed and implemented the Two Hearts Rock campaign at their school. “Dollar Denim Days” is a week-long, school-based initiative facilitated by Two Hearts Rock™.
