Driving While License Suspended Tolinka A. Bullock, 29, 4013 Bonhill Drive, Arlington Heights, was arrested Old Mill Grove Road at Brittany Road, April 18. Bullock was charged with driving without headlights when required, operating an uninsured vehicle and driving while license suspended. Bullock was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond with a Mundelein court date of June 7.. Driving While License Suspended Police arrest James V. Cronnelly, 48, 1085 Partridge Ln., Lake Zurich was arrested on April 8, at Rte. 12 and Quentin Rd. He was charged with improper land usage, driving while license suspended and no proof of insurance. He was released on a $1.500 bond and has a Mundelein court date on May 23 . Phone Harassment Police received a complaint on April 10 of telephone harassment at Sound & Video Consultants, 20866 Rand Rd., Kildeer. Theft of Roadway Sign Police took a report on April 11, of theft of a roadway sign at Rte. 12 by Kildeer Marketplace.
