Scott D. Hirschey, 49, was arrested by Crystal Lake Police on July 27, and charged with DUI.
It took rescue workers an hour to remove woman safely from the mud, last night.
David Hatyina, 50, of Bartlett, was charged with reckless homicide and aggravated driving under the influence causing death in relation to the accident that killed Tony Borcia, 10.
Grant will fund Roadside Safety Check at Routes 12 and 22, Aug. 31.
