The Fidelity Group

<p>Founded in 1987, the Fidelity Group and its nine affiliated companies have been working together to develop, build and manage numerous prominent commercial properties in the Lake Zurich area for years. Their market focus is on office and retail properties and, due to their hands-on management philosophy, the group has maintained a 96% occupancy rate on its properties over the past 20 years.</p> <p>The building is set back behind the McDonald's restaurant on Rt. 12 and Ela Road and not easily visible from either road.                           </p>
