Absolutely terrible. The artists that they use are based in China, and there is no consistency to the 'talent'. I received a sketch from this outfit as a gift, and I really wish the person who sent it to me had saved their money. It was truly a waste, the sketch was terrible (didn't look like anyone in the family), and the redo was no better. This is what happens when the artists work like factory workers!

MyDaVinci is fantastic. I've ordered 3 custom caricatures from them over the past 2 years and they have all been great. I had some trouble getting one of the faces correct but the Customer Service department was on top of it and gave me a call suggesting using a different photo instead. The result was fabulous and everyone asks me where I found such a unique gift. I definitely recommend mydavinci for gift ideas for those people who "have everything!"
