This is my favorite place in Lake Zurich. I take out of town business clients to the Coffee Cup and they always request to return when they are back in town.

Bob and Sheila Chudik have been welcoming regular customers to the Koffee Kup for decades. Both are lifelong Lake Zurich residents and Bob has been working at this cafe since his family took over the downtown business in December, 1978. Sheila remembers drinking coffee here as a high schooler. Now she stands on the other side of the counter, pouring the coffee, smiling and greeting her customers by name. Koffee Kup offers reasonably priced, fresh breakfasts, sandwiches and desserts seven days a week in a quaint, cheery atmosphere.

The Garbage Potatoes (really, a Sunday Special) are great.
