Yoga Flow with Maryanna

Vinyasa Flow yoga class links movement with breath. Students will get their blood flowing during a fun, stress reducing practice. This class will help strengthen and tone with continuous movement through poses and sun
salutations while also incorporating relaxing stretches. Variations of poses will be offered throughout the class to meet the needs of students at various levels. Maryanna is a Certified yoga instructor (RYT 200).
