A Kindergarten information and registration night will be held at Lake Zurich District 95 elementary schools on Thursday, Feb. 7, from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
The information night is for residents who live within the school boundaries. See District 95 school boundary map. Parents of children who will be 5 on or before Sept. 1, 2013 should attend the Kindergarten Information & Registration Night.
The meeting will be held at the child’s elementary school. If you are not sure which school your child will attend, please contact the Transportation Department at 847-438-2834 or email us at Feedback@lz95.org with your address.
Parents should bring:
- a certified copy of your child's birth certificate
- documents to verify your residency (see document: Accepted Documents for Proof of Residency)
- emergency contact information
- payment for registration fees
