The law firm of Kelleher & Buckley in North Barrington will be conducting several Estate Planning seminars for area residents.  What Happens to Your Family When Something Happens to You? will be presented September 29th and October 11th and will focus on the use of Revocable Living Trusts, IRAs, Gifting Strategies, and other tools designed to protect estates and manage tax consequences when a spouse or parent dies. These free seminars will include detailed descriptions of the options available to individuals and families, and answer questions about how each can be appropriately factored into an Estate Plan.
