Attorney Charles Fox has been representing parents in the area of special education law since 1994. He is the parent of a son with special needs who is on the verge of finishing high school and  entering a transition program.

This will be an overview of advocacy practices and strategies, review of the law, the uses and misuses of RTI, transition and behavioral planning.

This meeting will help you to become more familiar with the IEP process and how to be better prepared for your next IEP meeting. The more prepared you are for your IEP meeting the better advocate you become for your child.
