Students, staff members, and volunteers of the recognized by Board of Education.
District 95 Board of Education recognized students, volunteers, and staff members of the month for November at the Board of Education meeting on Nov. 18.
Beginning in October , each school in District 95 selects a student, volunteer, and teacher of the month to honor and recognize at the Board of Education meeting.
The principal and staff select the student who posesses one or more of District 95's mission statement, "we are continuous learners who are responsible, caring citizens in a global community."

Each school takes a turn choosing a staff member and volunteer to honor who also exemplifies District 95's mission statement.

Family members, friends, and staff were present at the Board of Education meeting, taking pictures as each student, staff member, and volunteer shook hands with and was handed a plaque by the Board of Education.
