Lake Zurich Community Unit School District 95 board members said they are focusing on better communication in the coming year with Vice President Doug Goldberg suggesting the introduction of town hall discussions to update community members on district news, according to the Chicago Tribune.
The school board is working on a list of short- and long-term goals and while communication and community involvement topped that list, the board also discussed facilities, student learning, district finances and the social-emotional environment for students and teachers, according to the article.
