Where are the Worst Potholes in Lake Zurich?

Pothole season is coming early due to warmer temperatures melting the snow and ice.

In Chicago, crews are working to fill potholes seven days a week, and have filled more than 15,000 in the New Year alone, according to the city's website. The city of Naperville has also gotten underway in patching roadways and received a handful of reports over the past weekend regarding potholes, according to the Chicago Tribune

The potholes were so bad on Cline Avenue between Interstate 80/94 and Columbus Drive in north Lake County, Ind., the roadway was closed Saturday night so crews could make repairs, reported CBS 2 Chicago.

In Lake Zurich, the area of Route 12 falls under the jurisdiction of the Illinois Department of Transportation. The village reports all concerns, including pothole issues, the village receives from residents, according to the village of Lake Zurich. 

Residents can call 847-705-4612 to report pothole damage or fill an online pothole reporting form.
