Waste Management, Lake Zurich Provide Special Collection of Flood Debris

Dumpsters will be available in affected areas on Friday, June 28 and Saturday, June 29.

Waste Management Services and the Village of Lake Zurich will provide dumpsters in neighborhoods affected by this week’s flooding to get rid of debris.

Damaged carpeting, furniture, drywall and household items can be placed in the dumpsters, but electronics needs to be taken to the Lake Zurich Public Works facility at 505 Telser Road between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Waste Management will place dumpsters in the following areas:

  • 1012 Partridge
  • 1033 Partridge
  • 218 Foxfire
  • 228 Danbury
  • Foxfire Drive cul-de-sac
  • 1285 Berkshire
  • Braemar Park parking lot off of Chesterfield Lane
  • Clearwater Court cul-de-sac
  • East end of Woodbine Circle (800 block)
  • 970 Holly
  • 1022 Holly
  • Stanton Court cul-de-sac age 2
  • Bristol Trails Park
  • 360 Stone Avenue
  • 450 Stone Avenue
  • 490 Stone Avenue
  • 435 Thistle Lane
  • 579 Richmond Circle

Residents not located near one of the pre-arranged dumpster locations can call village hall at 847-438-5141 to make arrangements to dispose of items.
