Early Voting For Consolidated Election Ends Thursday

Residents can cast ballots from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. through March 31.

Early voting for the April 5 Consolidated Election ends Thursday, March 31, according to Willard Helander, Lake County clerk. Early voting is available from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday-Thursday, March 28-31.

Voters can visit LakeVoterPower.info and enter name, house number, zip code and birth date to confirm their registration, see a sample ballot, and find their early voting and Election Day voting site. Information is also available by calling the Elections Department at (847) 377-2410.

Early voters are required to present a valid Illinois driver's license, an Illinois identification card issued by the Secretary of State, or another valid government-issued identification document containing their photograph.

"Early voting continues to be a popular choice for Lake County voters. Because you may be busy on April 5, select the day and time most convenient for you and vote early," said Helander.
