What were some of the top stories this year?

It has been a big year in Lake Zurich.

Village trustees , which will serve as a framework for the village’s parks and recreation. Lake Zurich, Hawthorn Woods and Kildeer over properties at Route 22 and Quentin Road. Trustees also that will take effect Jan. 1.
