Wauconda Residents Arrested for Drug Delivery

McHenry County Sheriff's Office says offenders sold cocaine to undercover officer; deputies recovered approximately $3,000 worth of cocaine.

Two Wauconda residents were arrested in McHenry on Friday, Nov. 2, in an undercover narcotics investigation, according to a news release from the McHenry County Sheriff's Office. 

The arrest occurred on Nov. 2, in the area of Rte. 120 and Oak Street, McHenry after an undercover officer purchased approximately three ounces of cocaine, according to the news release.

Sheriff's deputies recovered approximately 90 grams of cocaine and $538. McHenry County Sheriff Keith Nygren said the street value of the cocaine is about $3,000.

Rosalba Martinez, 42, 151 North Ave., #2, Wauconda, was charged with unlawful delivery of a controlled substnce and unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $10,000 and the next court date is Nov. 19.

Jose A. Dominquez, 44, 116 W. Church St., Wauconda, was charged with unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, no valid drivers license, and a warrant for traffic violations. His bond was set at $50,000 with a court date of Nov. 20.
