Drivers in a three-car collision on Rte. 12 at Quentin Road were taken to area hospitals this afternoon, but the injuries were not life threatening, said Sgt. Alan Barron of the Kildeer Police Department.
"Everybody was talking and able to get around," he said. All three cars were towed.
Barron said no charges have been filed in the case as he has not yet talked to the drivers.
Kildeer police received the call at 12:16 p.m. Barron said two of the cars were traveling north on Rte. 12, when one rear-ended the other. This caused the lead car to swerve into the intersection on an angle colliding head on with the third car.
Police are continuing to investigate the crash.
