Retail Theft, Warrant Arrest: Lake Zurich Police Reports

These incidents were among the official reports of the Lake Zurich Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that decision.

WARRANT ARREST                                        

James J. Gainer, 32, who resides at 706 Kresswood Drive in McHenry, was arrested on a warrant at 200 Mohawk Trial in Lake Zurich, IL 60047.   The warrant is for telephone harassment out of Lake County.  The warrant number is W13E1460 and the bond amount was set at $5,000 which 10 percent applies.  Gainer was able to post the necessary cash bond and was issued a court date in the City of Waukegan.

RETAIL THEFT

On March 20, Kyle C. Storzbach, 29, who resides at 21247 N. 23rd Street in Barrington, IL 60010 was arrested for retail theft at Home Depot, 670 S. Rand Road in Lake Zurich. Storzbach was charged with Retail Theft.  Storzbach was issued a Waukegan court date of April 24 and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond. 

 

BURGLARY-MOTOR VEHICLE                     

On March 21, police took a report that someone removed a purse from a vehicle after breaking a side window in the 800 block of South Rand Road.   This matter is under investigation.
