Police Blotter: Warrant, Disorderly Conduct Arrests

The Lake Zurich Police Department reports crimes from July 26-29.

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Lake Zurich Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

Warrant

Stephannie A. Pieske, 41, of 97 N. Buesching Road No. 728, Lake Zurich, was arrested July 27 on a $2,500 warrant for domestic battery. She was released on bond pending a court date.

Disorderly Conduct

Bennie E. Gates, 26, of 201 S. Buesching Road No. 307, Lake Zurich, was charged with disorderly conduct July 27 at 201 S. Buesching Road. He was released on a $120 personal recognizance bond pending an Aug. 5 court date.

Theft

A woman reported July 25 that someone stole her mailbox from the 1000 block of Stanton Lane. The estimated loss is $150. Police are investigating.

Criminal Damage

A woman reported July 27 that someone used a sharp object to scratch her vehicle while it was parked on the 400 block of Ela Road. Damage was estimated at $948. Police are investigating.

A man reported July 27 that someone damaged his vehicle's windshield while he was in the area of Bristol Trail Road and Newgate Court. Damage was estimated at $300. Police are investigating.
