Police Blotter: Vehicles, Businesses Damaged

The Lake Zurich Police Department reports crimes from Dec. 26-30.

Criminal Damage

A man reported Dec. 25 that someone slashed the tires on his vehicle and scratched the hood while it was parked on the 100 block of North Old Rand Road. The damage was estimated at $600. Police are investigating.

A man reported Dec. 25 that someone knocked the side mirrors off of his truck while it was parked on the 600 block of Regency Drive. The damage was estimated at $500. Police are investigating.

A business owner reported Dec. 25 that someone broke two windows at their business on the 700 block of South Rand Road. The damage was estimated at $1,000. Police are investigating.

A business owner reported Dec. 25 that someone broke 11 windows at their business on the 1100 block of Heather Drive. The damage was estimated at $8,000. Police are investigating.
 
A woman reported Dec. 28 that someone smashed the windows on her vehicle while it was parked on the 1200 block of Lexington Lane. The damage was estimated at $1,500. Police are investigating.
