Police Blotter: Vehicles Burglarized, Damaged

The Lake Zurich Police Department reports arrests and crimes from April 14 through April 17.

DUI

Katherine M. Parchem, 60, of 711 Gerry St., Woodstock, was charged with driving under the influence April 13 near Routes 12 and 22. She also was cited with improper lane usage and driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content of .08 or more. She was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond pending a May 14 court date.

Traffic

Deborah M. Massa, 49, of 202 Dearborn Court, Lake Zurich, was charged with driving while license suspended April 16 near Route 22 and South Old Rand Road. She also was cited with operating an uninsured motor vehicle. She was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond pending a June 4 court date.

Erika Puntos-Saucedo, 23, of 1316 Geneva Drive, No. 1A, Palatine, was charged with driving while license suspended April 15 near Routes 12 and 22. She also was cited with operating an uninsured motor vehicle. She was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond pending a June 1 court date.

Criminal Damage to Property

A man reported April 14 that someone damaged the rear window of his car while it was parked on the 700 block of Surryse Road. Damage was estimated at $900.

A man reported April 13 that someone damaged the driver-side mirror of his vehicle while it was parked on the 23000 block of North Lakewood Lane. Damage was estimated at $500.

Burglary to Vehicle

A woman reported April 12 that someone entered her unlocked vehicle and took personal property valued at $1,273 while it was parked on the 800 block of Silverwood Court.
