Police Blotter: Unwanted Subject; DUI Arrests

The Lake Zurich Police Department reports arrests and crimes from Dec. 3-5.

Alcohol

Gilbert Allen, 54, of 11472 S. Lafayette Ave., Chicago, was charged with enhanced driving under the influence of alcohol Dec. 3 on the 1000 block of South Rand Road. He also was cited with illegal transportation of an alcoholic beverage. He was held at the to await a bond hearing.

Paul J. Fidnarick, 30, 695 Shoreline Road, Apt. D, Lake Barrington, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol Dec. 2 on the 900 block of Evanston Terrace. He also was cited with improper lane use. He was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond pending a Jan. 9 court date.

Sally J. Mounsey, 47, of 3701 Highview Drive, Crystal Lake, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol Dec. 3 near Route 12 and Valentine Court. She also was cited with improper lane use and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. She was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond pending a Jan. 9 court date.

Criminal Trespass

Johnathan J. Robertson, 20, of 201 S. Buesching Road, No. 125, Lake Zurich, was charged with criminal trespass to a motor vehicle Dec. 4 on the 200 block of Buesching Road. He was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond pending a Dec. 19 court date.

Theft

An individual reported Dec. 3 that someone stole an iPhone from a backpack on the 300 block of Church Street. The loss was estimated at $150. Police are investigating.

Criminal Damage

A resident reported Dec. 4 that someone cut a strand of exterior holiday lights on the 700 block of Handley Court.

Unwanted Subject

Police were called to the 500 block of South Rand Road on Dec. 3 on a report of an unwanted subject. The individual was located and taken home. The individual also was issued a no trespass order.
