Retail Theft
Xia Wan, 42, of 739 Foxmoor Lane, Lake Zurich, was charged with retail theft Sept. 10 on the 600 block of North Rand Road. Police said Wan took clothing valued at nearly $120 without paying for the merchandise. Wan was released on a $120 personal recognizance bond pending an Oct. 7 court date.
