Police Blotter: Officers Arrest Pair for Trespass to Vehicles

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO MV

Elizabeth M. Norman, 22, who resides at 23509 East Road in Lake Zurich, and Laurence J. Wolf , 21, who resides at 747 Tree View Lane in Round Lake Park, were arrested for criminal trespass to motor vehicle in the 500 block of South Rand Road in Lake Zurich, Nov. 11.  Both subjects were seen entering vehicles and removing items without the owner’s permission.  Norman was charged with 2 counts of Possession of Stolen Property and 1 count of Criminal Trespass to Motor Vehicle.  Wolf was charged with 1 count of Possession of Stolen Property and 1 count of Criminal Trespass to Motor Vehicle.  Both were issued a Waukegan court date of Dec. 3 and released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

TRAFFIC ARREST (Revoked)                   

Eduardo Acosta-Gonzalez, 40, 222 Washington Street, Barrington, was arrested pursuant to a traffic stop in the 100 block of East Main Street, Nov. 9.  Acosta-Gonzalez was charged with No rear registration plate light and driving with a revoked driver’s license.  Acosta-Gonzalez was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond with a Mundelein court date of Dec. 17.

 

THEFT                                                                          

A complainant reported an unknown subject(s) removed a fire extinguisher in the 200 block of South Buesching Road in Lake Zurich, Nov. 10.  The fire extinguisher was sprayed and the contents caused the smoke detectors to be activated.  The estimated loss is unknown at this time.  This matter is pending investigation.
