Police Blotter: Numerous DUIs Over Holiday Weekend

Sean M. Corbett, 26, 5118 East Lake Shore Drive Wonder Lake,  was arrested for DUI pursuant to a traffic stop in the 900 block of South Rand Road,11:46 p.m., May 25.  Corbett failed all field sobriety tests.  Corbett was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage, operating a vehicle with a defective taillight and illegal transportation of open alcohol.  Corbett was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond with a Waukegan court date of June 25.

Christopher D. Cline, 29, 213 East Liberty Street #4 Wauconda, was arrested for DUI during a a traffic stop on Route 12 at Rugby Road, 2:17 a.m., May 26.  Cline failed all field sobriety tests.  Cline was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood alcohol content greater than .08 and speeding.  Cline was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond with a Waukegan court date of June 25.

 

At 1:57 a.m., May 26, a 17-year-old female from Crystal Lake was arrested for DUI pursuant to a traffic stop on Route 12 at Wynstone Drive.  The juvenile failed all field sobriety tests.  The juvenile was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood alcohol content greater than .08, speeding, improper lane usage, operating an uninsured vehicle and illegal transportation of open alcohol.  The juvenile was released to her mother, court action pending.

 

Felipe Perez, 41, 2148 Ginger Creek Drive Palatine,  was arrested for DUI during a traffic stop on Route 12 at Miller Road, 10:15 p.m., May 27.  Perez failed all field sobriety tests.  Perez was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended driver’s license, driving with a blood alcohol content greater than .08 and improper lane usage.  Perez was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond with a Waukegan court date of June 25.

Jacob L. Steffens, 28, 614 North Ashbury Avenue Bolingbrook,  was arrested for DUI pursuant to a traffic stop on Route 12 at June Terrace, 11:37 p.m., May 27.  Steffens failed all field sobriety tests.  Steffens was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood alcohol content greater than .08 and improper lane usage.  Steffens was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond with a Waukegan court date of July 2.

 

 

Kirby G. Jenquin, 60, 370 Hickory Road Lake Zurich,  was arrested for DUI pursuant to a traffic stop on South Old Rand Road at Cardinal Drive at 1:29 a.m., May 28.  Jenquin failed all field sobriety tests.  Jenquin was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood alcohol content greater than .08 and improper lane usage.  Jenquin was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond with a Waukegan court date of June 25.

 

 

At 11:12 p.m., May 28, Manuel Rivera-Gierbolini, 42, 17 Lake Street Lake Zurich,  was arrested for DUI pursuant to a traffic stop on Pine Tree Row at North Old Rand Road.  Rivera-Gierbolini failed all field sobriety tests.  Rivera-Gierbolini was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage.  Rivera-Gierbolini was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond with a Waukegan court date of June 25.

 

 

At 11:27 p..m., May 26, Marta Tarasiewicz, 33, 3846 25th Avenue #3 Schiller Park, was arrested for DUI pursuant to a traffic stop on Route 12 at June Terrace.  Tarasiewicz failed all field sobriety tests.  Tarasiewicz was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation of open alcohol, failing to wear a safety belt when required, operating a vehicle without headlamps when required, operating an uninsured vehicle and improper lane usage.  Tarasiewicz was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond with a Waukegan court date of June 25.

 

Summer N. Cochran, 29, 8 Kensington Drive North Barrington, was arrested for DUI pursuant to a traffic stop on Route 12 at Miller Road, at 1:10 a.m., May 27.  Cochran failed all field sobriety tests.  Cochran was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage.  Cochran was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond with a Waukegan court date of July 9.

 

At 5:02 a.m., May 27, Robert T. Kulczyski, 24, 1001 East Playa Del Norte #2214, Tempe, AZ was arrested for DUI pursuant to a traffic stop on Route 12 at Long Grove Road.  Kulczyski was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and failing to wear a safety belt when required.  Kulczyski was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond with a Waukegan court date of June 25.
