Police Blotter: DUIs, Suspended Licenses

These incidents were among the official reports of the Lake Zurich Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that decision.

TRAFFIC ARREST (DWLS)                               

  John D. Turner, Jr., 19, who resides at 3702 Berkshire Drive in McHenry, was arrested for driving while driver’s license is suspended on Route 22 at E. Main Street in Lake Zurich, April 1.  Turner was charged with Unlawfully Tinted Front Windows and Driving While Driver’s License is Suspended.  Turner was issued a Mundelein court date of May 3 and released after posting $150 cash bond.

TRAFFIC ARREST (DWLS)                                

  Cristobal NMI Hernandez, 28, who resides at 420 North Prospect Drive in Round Lake Park,  was arrested for driving while driver’s license is suspended on Quentin Road at Route 22 in Lake Zurich, April 1.  Hernandez was charged with Defective Windshield, Operation of an Uninsured Motor and Driving While Driver’s License is Suspended.  Hernandez was issued a Waukegan court date of April 22 and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

TRAFFIC ARREST (DUI)                                          

Alexis Rodriguez, 23, 109 Pine Tree Row in Lake Zurich, was arrested for driving under the influence on Pine Tree Row at Golfview Road in Lake Zurich, at 9:36 p.m., April 1.  Rodriguez was charged with Driving While Driver’s License is Suspended and Driving Under the Influence of Drugs.  Rodriguez was issued a court date of May 6 in the City of Waukegan and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.  

 

TRAFFIC ARREST (NO VALID)                            

Sergio Hernandez, 24, who resides at 109 Main Street #C in Lake Zurich was arrested for driving with a no valid driver’s license on Route 12 at Country Club in Lake Zurich, April 1.  Hernandez was charged with Speeding, Operation of an Uninsured Motor and Driving with No Valid Driver’s License.  Hernandez was issued a Mundelein court date of May 3 and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.
