Police Blotter: DUIs and Traffic Arrests

These incidents were among the official reports of the Lake Zurich Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that decision.

 

TRAFFIC ARREST (NO VALID)                            

On Oct. 20, at 3:39 p.m., Ingrid A. Kirschbaum, 50, who resides at 930 Debden Drive in Island Lake, was arrested for driving with no valid driver’s license in the 500 block of South Rand Road in Lake Zurich..  Kirschbaum was charged with Expired Registration and Driving with a Cancelled Driver’s License.  Kirschbaum was issued a Mundelein court date of Dec. 7 and released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond. 

TRAFFIC ARREST (DWLS)                                   

Justin Zepeda, 20, who resides at 1104 Jackson Avenue in Wauconda, was arrested for driving while driver’s license is suspended at 200 Mohawk Trail in Lake Zurich, at 1:15 p.m., Oct. 20.  Zepeda was charged with Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident and Driving While Driver’s License is Suspended.  Zepeda was issued a Mundelein court date of Dec. 7 and released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond. 

At 8:12 p.m., Oct. 20, Doreen M. Wagner, 48, who resides at 420 Larkdale Row in Wauconda, was arrested for driving while driver’s license is suspended on June Terrace at Route 22 in Lake Zurich.  Wagner was charged with Depositing Material on Roadway, Operation of an Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Driving While Driver’s License is Suspended.  Wagner was issued a Mundelein court date of Dec. 7 and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond. 

 

TRAFFIC ARREST (DUI)                            

Jessica F. Clark, 21, who resides at 1401 Burlington Avenue in Lisle, was arrested for driving under the influence on Route 12 at June Terrace in Lake Zurich at 9:51 p.m., Oct. 20.  Clark was charged with Improper Lane Usage, Operation of an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Driving Under the Influence and Driving Under the Influence with a B.A.C. over .08.  Clark was issued a Waukegan court date of Nov. 19 and released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

 

At 4:46 a.m., Oct. 21, Jolanta Kisielewski, 39, who resides at 1950 W. Overlook Court in Round Lake was arrested for driving under the influence on Route 12 at Miller Road in Lake Zurich. Kisielewski was charged with Improper Lane Usage and Driving Under the Influence.  Kisielewski was issued a Waukegan court date of Nov. 19 and released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS                                   

Preston H. Brown, 29, who resides at 1930 Elm Court #2B in Hanover Park was arrested for criminal trespass at 201 S. Buesching Road in Lake Zurich,at 11:24 p.m., Oct. 19.  Brown was located at the apartment complex after he has been served a no trespass notice.  Brown was charged with Criminal Trespass and Unlawful Possession of Cannabis Less then 2.5 Grams.  Brown was issued a Waukegan court date of Nov. 19 and released after posting $150 cash bond.

We've been working with the police to make sure people know where they can park if the Pualus lot is full, and we're getting some signs to direct people to the alternate parking. Please come back and give us a try!

Wow, this story really shows how selfish some people are now. The person who complained to theRead More police better hope he/she never needs any help or compassion from anyone or any organization. They don't deserve it. You were trying to have a great event and some hater couldn't put earplugs in their ears for one night of their life if they didn't like the noise. So sad. Way to go for your efforts though! Bob
