Police Blotter: Driving with Revoked License

TRAFFIC ARREST (REVOKED)

On Sept. 30, at 6:14 p.m., Eddy O. Buckley, 34, 1587 East Ports O Call Drive #1B, Palatine, was arrested pursuant to a traffic stop in the 700 block of South Rand Road.  Buckley was charged with disobeying a traffic control device and driving with a revoked driver’s license (enhanced).  Buckely was also arrested on a failure-to-appear warrant issued by Lake County.  Buckley was in custody pending a bond hearing later.

On Sept. 28, police received a report someone removed a  computer from a place of employment in the 500 block of Oakwood Road in Lake Zurich.  The estimated loss is unknown at this time.  This matter is pending investigation.  

TRAFFIC ARREST (DUI)                   

Hanka Szymborski, 63, who resides at 406 E. Oakwood Road in Barrington was arrested for driving under the influence on Route 12 at Route 22 in Lake Zurich on Sept. 29, at 12:21 a.m..  Szymborski was charged with Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident, Driving Under the Influence and Driving Under the Influence with a B.A.C. over .08.  Szymborski was issued a Waukegan court date of Oct. 22 and released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond. 

CRIMINAL DAMAGE                         

Police received a repor that someone broke two windows  in the 500 block of Capital Drive during the overnight hours, Sept. 29.  The complainant was unable to provide any suspect information.
