Driving While License Suspended

Tolinka A. Bullock, 29, 4013 Bonhill Drive, Arlington Heights, was arrested Old Mill Grove Road at Brittany Road, April 18. Bullock was charged with driving without headlights when required, operating an uninsured vehicle and driving while license suspended.  Bullock was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond with a Mundelein court date of June 7.. 

Khekkeo Naleunon, 34, 4352 Waters Edge Drive, Island Lake, was arrested on Route 12 at Wynstone Drive, April 17. Naleunon was charged with following too closely and driving while license suspended.  Naleunon was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond with a Mundelein court date of May 3.

Linda L. Jares,70, 738 Dartmouth Drive, Island Lake, IL was arrested on Route 12 at Route 22, April 12.  Jares was charged with improper lane usage and driving with a suspended driver’s license.  Jares was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond with a Mundelein court date of May 3. 

Eric W. Cwiertnia, 41, 1002 Heartwood Lane, Lake Zurich,  was arrested on Old Mill Grove Road at Millbrook Drive.  Cwiertnia was charged with operating a vehicle with expired registration, operating an uninsured vehicle and driving with a suspended driver’s license.  Cwiertnia was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond with a Mundelein court date of June 7.

Nestor Marquez, 32, 1819 Sunshine Lane, Zion, was arrested pursuant to the investigation of a traffic crash on North Old Rand Road at Route 12, April 12.  Marquez was charged with operating a vehicle without valid registration, failing to reduce speed to avoid an accident and driving with a suspended driver’s license.  Marquez was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond with a Mundelein court date of May 3.

Aaron R. Melendez, 22, 201 South Buesching Road #112, Lake Zurich, was arrested pursuant to a traffic stop in the 200 block of South Buesching Road, April 15.  Melendez was charged with operating a vehicle with expired registration, operating an uninsured vehicle, operating a vehicle with suspended registration and driving with a suspended driver’s license.  Melendez was released after posting $300 with a Mundelein court date of June 7. 

Retail Theft

Emilia C. De Los Reyes,18, 3 Arrowwood Drive, Hawthorn Woods,  was arrested for retail theft at 675 North Rand Road, Lake Zurich.  De Los Reyes was charged with theft.  De Los Reyes was released on a $120 personal recognizance bond with a Mundelein court date of June 7. 

Burglaries – Motor Vehicle

Police received two reports of burglary in the 100 block of South Rand Rd., April 15. One woman reported her purse was stolen from her vehicle. Another reported two bags containing clothing and jewelry were stolen from her vehicle. No suspect information was provided and the matter is under investigation.
