Police Blotter: Battery Arrest at Target, Drug Paraphernalia

Traffic Arrest (Revoked)
Guy E. Malinowski, 54, 22815 31st St., Bristol, WI was arrested pursuant to the investigation of a traffic crash on Telser Road at Ensell Road., at 2:56 p.m., Oct. 31. Malinowski was charged with driving with a revoked driver’s license. Malinowski was released on a $1,500.00 personal recognizance bond with a Mundelein court date of Dec. 7.

Sims E. Goodman, 44, 10851 Montfair Boulevard #903, Woodland, TX was arrested pursuant to the investigation of a traffic crash on Route 12 at Cuba Road on a probation-violation warrant issued by Cuyahoga County (OH), Oct. 31. Goodman was charged with fugitive from justice and remains in custody pending a bond hearing later today.

Wanda Barcroft, 63, 23340 North Old Barrington Road, North Barrington, was arrested for battery at Target, 555 South Rand Rd., at 2:57 p.m., Nov. 1 . Barcroft pushed another customer into a display rack following an argument. She was charged with battery. She was released on a $120 personal recognizance bond with a Mundelein court date of Dec. 7
Possession of Paraphernalia
Marcus W. Winings, 20, 25287 North Barsumian Drive, Tower Lakes, was arrested pursuant to a traffic stop on Route 22 at Ela Road, at 9:55 p.m., Nov. 1. Winings was charged with operating a vehicle with no valid registration, operating an uninsured vehicle, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor. Winings was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond with a Waukegan court date of Dec. 3.
Drug Paraphernalia
Gregg A. Gotsis, 20, 10 Newgate Court, Lake Zurich, was arrested after an item of drug paraphernalia was located inside his vehicle, at 12:58 a.m., Nov. 2. Gotsis was charged with disorderly conduct (local ordinance) and operating a vehicle with expired registration. Gotsis was released on a $120 personal recognizance bond with a Mundelein court date of Dec. 7.
