Police Blotter: Arrests; Building Spray Painted

The Lake Zurich Police Department reports arrests and crimes from March 9-12.

DUI

Michael J. Musich, 26, of 13 N. Pine Ave., Arlington Heights, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol March 10 near Route 12 and Cuba Road. He also was cited with improper lane use and driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content of .08 or more. He was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond pending an April 16 court date.

Albert Budianto, 29, of 1345 W. Walton St., No. 3, Chicago, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol March 10 near Route 12 and South Old Rand Road. He also was cited with improper lane use and driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content of .08 or more. He was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond pending an April 16 court date.

Adam J. Kakietek, 28, of 113 Brandon Court, Palatine, was charged with driving under the influence March 11 on the 600 block of Red Bridge Road. He also was cited with improper lane use, resisting a peace officer and illegal transportation of open alcohol. He was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond pending a court date in Waukegan.

Aurora Mondragon, 23, of 1416 S. 57th Court, Cicero, was charged with driving under the influence March 11 near Routes 12 and 22. She also was cited with improper lane use and driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content greater than .08. She was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond pending an April 16 court date.

Traffic

Timothy L. Brewer, 37, of 28609 Wagon Trail, Lakemoor, was charged with driving while license suspended March 11 on the 400 block of South Rand Road. He was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond pending an April 4 court date.

Kamil L. Kopko, 27, of 228 Eastwood Ave., Barrington, was charged with driving while license suspended March 8 on the 600 block of South Rand Road. Kopko also was cited with having suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Kopko was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond pending an April 4 court date.

Maria A. Robles, 30, of 443 S. Old Rand Road, Lake Zurich, was charged with driving while license suspended March 9 near South Old Rand Road and Route 22. She also was cited with obstructing identification and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. She was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond pending April 16 court date.

Warrant
 
Bruce A. Bryant, 43, of 1026 Adams St., No. 4, North Chicago, was arrested March 8 on a $25,000 Lake County warrant. He wasn't able to post the necessary cash bond and was transported to the Lake County Jail to await a bond hearing.

Burglary

An individual reported March 8 that someone stole a computer from a business on the 300 block of Telser Road. The individual said someone replaced a computer with a different one. The loss was estimated at $1,500.

Criminal Defacement

An individual reported March 9 that someone spray-painted a building on the 500 block of West Highway 22.
