Lake Zurich Schools Settle Lawsuit in Teacher Sex Abuse Case
District 95 will pay $192,000 in the settlement regarding former teacher Ronald Culver, the Daily Herald reports.
Lake Zurich School District 95 will pay $192,000 to settle a lawsuit claiming officials ignored complaints of sexual misconduct by a former high school teacher, the Daily Herald reports.
Ronald Culver was arrested in 2010 for criminal sexual abuse for molesting two boys in District 95. The school district has denied any wrongdoing regarding the handling of information in the case, the Daily Herald reports.
