The program, offered by Lake Zurich police through its affiliation with Leads Online, allows residents to securely store serial numbers, item descriptions, pictures and scans of receipts onto a secured site, according to the village’s latest Newsline newsletter. The information can help police recover valuables and help victims with insurance claims, it stated.
