Lake Zurich Police: Multiple DUI Arrests
Police release reports from the weekend of September 28.

DUI arrest
Scott B. Johnson, 40, of 134 Main Street #3, Evanston, was arrested for driving under the influence on Route 12 at Golfview Road, Lake Zurich on September 29, police said. Johnson was charged with improper lane usage, following too closely, failure to signal and illegal transportation of alcohol, police said. Johnson was issued a court date of October 28 in the city of Waukegan and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

Nicole C. Lucas. 25, 419 Indian Ridge Trail, Wauconda, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content greater than .08, on September 29, police said. Lucas was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond with a Waukegan court date of October 28.
