Lake Zurich Police: DUIs, Burglary, Criminal Damage, Pot Possession

Note: The following information was obtained from the Lake Zurich police department. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law.

Traffic arrest (DUI)
A traffic stop resulted in a drunk driving arrest for Patrick J. McPartlan, 19, 550 Riley Lane, Lake Zurich, early Friday, police said. McPartlan was charged with speeding, driving under the influence of drugs and unlawful possession of cannabis, police said. McPartlan was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond with a Waukegan court date of Aug. 8 date. His passenger, Adam M. Rhodes, 19, 21674 Hampton Court, Kildeer, was charged with disorderly conduct (unlawful possession of cannabis - local ordinance), police said. Rhodes was released on a $120 personal recognizance bond with a Mundelein court date of Aug. 2.

Traffic arrest (DUI)
Noel Garcia-Casimiro, 42, 419 West Main St., Barrington, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood alcohol content greater than .08, driving without a valid driver’s license, driving in the wrong lane and improper lane usage early Friday, June 28, police said.  Garcia-Casimiro was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond with a Waukegan court date of Aug. 5.

Burglary, motor vehicle
A resident reported someone stole an iPod and prescription medication from his unlocked car parked in the 100 block of Golfview Road June 26, police said.

Possession of cannabis
Ryan N. Blake, 18, of 9 Acorn Drive, Hawthorn Woods, was arrested for unlawful possession cannabis in the 100 block of Miller Road in Lake Zurich, on June 25, according to reports. Blake was also charged with disorderly conduct, police said. He was issued a court date of Aug. 2 in Mundelein and was released on a $120.00 personal recognizance bond. 

Criminal damage to property
A homeowner reported someone caused $600 in damage to two garage door panels in the 200 block of South Rand Road, according to reports.

Traffic arrest (DUI)
Aaron J. Lindvall, 21, of 5006 S. Point, McHenry, was arrested for driving under the influence on Route 12 at N. Old Rand Road on June 25, police said. Lindvall was also charged with speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol and driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content level of .08 or more, according to police.  Lindvall was issued a court date of July 15 in Waukegan and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.
