Burglaries of Sausage Press, Water Heater: Police Blotter

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY                            

Police received a report, April 24, that someone entered a residence in the 500 block of South Buesching Road and removed a sausage press and meat processor.  The total loss is valued at $400.  This matter is pending further investigation.

Police received a report April 22 that someone removed a water heater from a residence in the 100 block of Johnathan Road.  The estimated loss is $600.  This matter is pending further investigation.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY                                                            

Polcie took a report, April 25, that an unknown subject(s) damaged a vehicle while it was parked in the 200 block of South Buesching Road in Lake Zurich.  The total damage is unknown at this time.  This matter is pending further investigation.     

WARRANT SERVED              

Latrice M. Hosey, 30 , 201 South Buesching Road #116, Lake Zurich, was arrested at 201 South Buesching Road, April 24, on a failure-to-appear warrant issued by Lake County.  Hosey was transported to the Lake County Jail to await a bond hearing.

RETAIL THEFT                      

Maria E. Cruz, 57, 25809 West Cook St., Wauconda, was arrested for retail theft at 675 North Rand Road, Lake Zurich, April 24.  Cruz was charged with theft.  Cruz was released on a $120 personal recognizance bond with a Mundelein court date of June 7.  

TRAFFIC ARREST (No Valid)                       

Juan M. Carballo-Ramirez, 41, 5502 West 23rd Place, Cicero, was arrested pursuant to a traffic stop on Route 12 at Quentin Road, April 23.  Carballo-Ramirez was charged with driving without a valid driver’s license.  Carballo-Ramirez was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond with a Mundelein court date of June 7.

 

TRAFFIC ARREST (DUI)                               

Daniel J. Stelling, 19, 203 Coldren Drive, Prospect Heights,  was arrested pursuant to a traffic stop on Route 12 at Route 22, April 24.  Stelling was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood alcohol content greater than .08, operating an uninsured vehicle and improper lane usage.  Stelling was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond with a Waukegan court date of May 13.
