Visitation for Teresa Motyka (nee Godek), 56, of Lake Zurich for 15 years, will be held Friday, Feb.15, from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich.

Prayers will be said Saturday, Feb. 16, at 11 a.m. at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, Lake Zurich, with the funeral mass to follow at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 33 S. Buesching Rd., Lake Zurich. Father Robert Fedek and Father David Ryan will officiate. Interment will be in Maryhill Cemetery, Niles.
Teresa was born June 2, 1956 in Poland, and she passed away Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2013 at her home surrounded by her family.

Teresa was a loving wife, mother and daughter.
Survivors include her husband, Tadeusz Motyka, daughters, Annette Motyka, Monica Motyka and Kristina Motyka; mother, Stefania (nee Skiba) Godek; brother, Ted (Augustyna) Godek; nephew, Steven (Kasey) Godek and their son Andrew; and niece, Diana Godek.
Teresa was preceded in death by her father, Karol Godek.
