Lake County Family YMCA Program Registration Opens Dec. 12

Registration for the wide variety of quality winter programs for the whole family offered by Lake County Family YMCA opens up to the general public on Dec. 12.

 It’s the community’s opportunity to sign up for wintertime activities that encourage the four core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility at Central Lake YMCA, 700 Lakeview Parkway in Vernon Hills, and Northern Lake YMCA, 2000 Western Ave. in Waukegan.

 There are some exciting new programs that include Lake County Family YMCA’s first-ever drill team, percussion and DJ training added to such favorites as family swim lessons, fitness classes, martial arts, music lessons, learning CPR and a little chef’s class.

 Be sure to sign up by December 18 to avoid higher late-registration fees for some classes.
