Time to look at our bodies like it is:

An Internal Fish tank. Meant to create an internal Alkaline balance of PH at about 7.35.

How to do this?

Generally, alkaline forming foods include: most fruits, green vegetables, peas, beans, lentils, spices, herbs and seasonings, and seeds and nuts. 

Top of the Alkaline List:

  • Avocado
  • Lemon
  • Greens

Generally, acid forming foods include: meat, fish, poultry, eggs, grains, and legumes.

Top of the Acidic List:

  • Standard American diet

Time to look at what it is that you are eating!
