Chicago Bears’ Robbie Gould Leads Run for the Gould

Inaugural 5K run in Kildeer on October 27.

Chicago Bears Kicker Robbie Gould and TruCore Pilates announce the first "Run for the Gould" 5k Charity Run/Walk and Kids Dash (Chicago Bears bye-week). 

The timed USTAF Certified 5K course will take runners and walkers through the tree lined streets of Kildeer while hanging out with Gould and his football friends. DJ Akib will be providing the fun music, and more surprises are in store.

Proceeds will benefit Robbie Gould’s public charity, The Goulden Touch.

The 5K begins at  Whole Foods -Kildeer Market, 20291 N. Rand Rd. Kildeer at 8:30 a.m. The Kids Dash starts at 9:30 a.m. Robbie’s Winner Circle presentation is at 9:45 a.m.

Registration is going on now at the Goulden Touch website. Registration is $35 through today then $40 on site. Same day registration begins at 7:30 a.m. until 8:30 a.m. The kids race is $15 ($10 if a parent is running in the race.)

The Goulden Touch’s mission is simply to help those in need. The idea is to balance the incredible importance of giving to others while also making charitable giving fun. The public charity focuses its areas of giving within four Goulden Rules that include: education, health & wellness, medical research and social service, according to the organization's website.
