Lake Zurich's first ever rockin' block party. 3 live
bands, beer, wine, Sangria, Mike's hard Lemonade products, water, non-alcoholic
beverages, food trucks, cart vendors, kids area with free face painting,
balloon art, and giant inflatable slide (sponsored by LZ Tire & Auto and Party Plus of Palatine).
Local eateries will also remain open. We’ll be dancin’ in the street, and on
the sidewalks too - Main Street between Church and Old Rand.
Admission:
Free of charge, but attendees are asked to donate 3 unopened, non-perishable
food items to help restock the St. Vincent DePaul Food Pantry at St. Francis de
Sales Catholic Church. A donation drop off area, sponsored by Peapod and manned
by the US Navy, will be set up in Rotary Park, located at Old Rand and Main
streets. Anyone making a food or monetary donation will receive a raffle ticket
to win prizes.. Winner need not be present to win.
Food
and beverages are available for purchase at an additional charge. Over 21
wristbands $1 Beer tickets $3/each or 7/$20 or 14/$40. All other alcoholic
beverages $5, Bottled water sales benefit the SVDP Food Pantry $1
