360 speed & agility training will attack four categories of sports performance: dynamic warm-up (DW), core-posture (CP), explosiveness-quickness (EQ) and resistance training (RT). Athletes will learn the 3 components of good running mechanics, and will participate in challenges that include ladders, jump box, cones, and many more fun activities designed to improve overall quickness. Athletes will run faster and react quicker than they ever have! This clinic is taught by a certified Combine 360 trainer.
