Avon Township Democrats Candidate Forum

On Saturday, January
18, 2014 several Democratic candidates from federal, statewide, county and
local offices have been invited by the Avon Township Democrats to participate in
a forum aimed at giving the residents of Avon Township a better idea about what
they stand for.

Each Democratic candidate
that was invited and will be on the ballots in Avon Township will have the
chance to speak and have the opportunity for everyone here in Avon Township to
meet and greet and ask questions of the candidates for all offices. Candidates
for offices of US Senator, US Representative, Governor of IL, Lt. Governor of
IL, Attorney General, Secretary of State, Comptroller, State Treasurer, State
Representative, Lake County Clerk, Lake County Treasurer, Lake County Sherriff,
Lake County Board District 6 and all Precinct Committeemen for all of Avon
Township.

With the voting date
of March 18, 2014 being right around the corner this will be an opportune time
for residents in the Avon Township area to meet the candidates that will be in
attendance and learn what their platforms will be. It will also give them a
chance to hear from our Democratic candidates and help you make your decisions
on which candidates you will be supporting in the 2014 campaigns.
