Wake Up, Lake Zurich – 'I Have A Dream' Speech

On this day in history, nearly 50 years ago in 1963, civil rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. gave his famous "I Have A Dream" speech in front of the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C.
In his speech, widely regarded as one of the most renowned of the 20th Century, he called for racial equality. It has been estimated that more than 200,000 people attended.
