Resort was Located on North Side of Lake

Can you name the resort?

Lake Zurich became quite a popular resort community with the start of passenger service on the Palatine, Lake Zurich and Wauconda Railroad (PLZ&W) in 1912. That resort community status increased even more when Rand Road was paved in 1922.

A resort on the north side of the lake was home to seven cottages and parking. Josephine and Roy Loomis cooked for the guests — and rented out all of the rooms in their home. Their son, Spencer Loomis, rented out rowboats for just 25 cents per hour.

Now for today's question: What was the name of this resort?
