Pro-Life 'Face the Truth' Tour Makes Stop in Lake Zurich

Pro-Life Action League will bring graphic display to Rte. 22 and Rte. 12 Tuesday morning.

The Lake Zurich Police announced that on Tuesday, July 10, the Pro-Life Action League will bring its “Face the Truth Tour” to Lake Zurich.

From 9 a.m. until 10:30 a.m., organization members will stand along the roadway and hold up signs at the intersection of U.S. Route 12  and Illinois Route 22.  Displays will extend east, west, north, and south from the intersection.  Some signs will have graphic depictions of aborted fetuses.

The Lake Zurich Police Department will monitor the area of the demonstration to make sure there is no breach of the peace and to advise participants where they can display their signs as pedestrians.

Signs will be posted in the area of the intersection to warn residents, pedestrians, and other motorists of the scheduled demonstration to allow them time to alter their route to avoid the demonstration if they so choose.  More information about this event is posted on the Lake Zurich Police Department website.
