ALDI Brings New Jobs to Lake County Area: Local Hiring Event on Wednesday, Jan. 8

Lake Zurich, Ill. – Dec. 16, 2013 – Known for offering wages significantly higher than the industry standard, ALDI, the nation’s low-price grocery leader*, will host a hiring event for its Lake Zurich and Mundelein stores on Wednesday, Jan. 8. Opportunities within ALDI include Store Associate, Shift Manager and Manager Trainee positions.

          Local residents currently seeking employment opportunities

               

When: Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2014

            6 a.m. to 11 a.m. & 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.

 

Where: ALDI

             981 S. Rand Road

             Lake Zurich, IL 60047

 

Positions: 

•  Store Associate (full and part time) - $12.00 per hour

•  Shift Manager - $12.00 per hour (+$4.50 per hour when performing management duties)                                         

•  Manager Trainee - $22.00 per hour

 

Job Requirements: 

•  Must be 18 years or older to apply                            

•  High school diploma or GED

•  Must be available to work anytime between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m., Monday - Sunday                                          

•  Retail experience preferred

•  Management experience preferred for Manager Trainees                           

•  Drug screening and background check

•   Ability to lift 45 pounds
