Readers in Lake Zurich Patch and Barrington Patch have been telling us all week which restaurants serve the best Mexican food in the area.
By 5 p.m. Friday, the results showed Tacos el Norte in Lake Zurich winning by a large margin.
A total of 150 votes was received. The final tally was 94 votes for Tacos el Norte, followed by El Molino of Carpentersville with 23 votes.
